What we collect

Demo request form: first and last name, work email, company, job title, expected annual project volume, and your message.
Sign-in: email address and password, or just an email address for magic-link sign-in — handled by Supabase Auth.

Why we collect it

To respond to demo requests and evaluate fit for a sales conversation, and to authenticate registered users.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

Third parties

Demo form submissions are sent to Formspark. Sign-in is handled by Supabase, Inc. Static assets and the Supabase client library are delivered via jsdelivr, a CDN, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Retention

Data is stored for as long as necessary to process your request. Once processing is complete, the data is deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact [nathan.moret@monopitch.app].

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Signing in stores a session token in your browser's local storage via Supabase, which is strictly necessary for the sign-in feature you requested.
